Love love love my palettes but don’t love the shipping times or the facts of the way they ha sale things when new palettes go on sale, your add available items to your shopping cart click check out and for minutes to hours it tells you your place in line to pay will be coming up, when you get to the screen to pay all the new palettes and collections end up saying sold out amd no longer available, so you just wasted 30 mins to 2 hours of your day sitting on a website thinking your getting the new palettes or collections just to end up being told sorry you added this to your cart and we don’t know how to properly place only as many as we have on the website for sale and remove them when added to carts but your not getting your items thanks for taking the gamble and wasting your time!

I honestly am in love with your products, I found nothing wrong in the quality, but both of the products I received had a pan broken and I understand that there are some formulas that need to be handled with more care. I would just suggest more bubble wrap for products with formulas like super shock shadows.

Great products with ethical practices. Some launches have not gone well which is where I’m limiting the number of stars. I’ve seen improvements but also the demand has not been as popular so cannot say for certain they are working on the consistent issues.they partner with cute brands but if you’re not in love not worth the buy.

The product itself is good quality. but one of the colors in the pallet came broken and fell out shortly after the first use.

The products are great, quality and design are at a high level! However, the packing/shipping time is incredibly low. On my last order, it took more than 10 days to ship all the items I bought. Never faced this kind of situation in any other beauty shops:( Hope this will be improved.

Didn't arrive yet. Guess because of Covid and I live in Austria. Probably hangs at customs.

The eyeshadow r perfect but the colorful eyeliner is disaster. I bought a blue one it’s so easy to ruin the makeup. The black eyeliner is fine.

Products are nice, customer service is not. There was something foreign that resembled mold inside my bottle of primer and because the packaging wasn’t damaged they refused to do anything.
