An Item I ordered was canceled and not replaced. The shadow sticks irritate my eyes.

I ordered two mystery boxes and both contained the exact same products. Most of the products were ones I actually purchased in the same order

The purchase I made was a Christmas gift. Two of the pallets I purchased were broken, but by the time Christmas arrived and my daughter opened the pallets, the 30 day return window had passed. Perhaps giving a bit longer to return during holidays would make these purchases not feel like a waste of money.

I get my order lacking items and I really feel disappointed and I asked for full refund for the messing set but until now I have not received any refund and that's make it more disappointed

The products I received were low quality with very little pigmentation. I contacted customer support, and they advised that due to the low cost of their product, their policy prohibits returns. They also did not offer an exchange.

When I placed my order, I paid for expedited shipping, which never happened. I do not like that you cannot talk to someone or even chat with a representative. I had to wait to get an email back. The shipping cost was refunded but would like improved customer service.

I love the products I did receive. However my order was incomplete and missing items. I reached out to customer support and was was responded to. Was my first time purchasing from the company.
