My order was delayed and then sent without some of my items.

Both were bought as a gift for my daughter and her friend as balms for winter. They taste horrible. Bitter, medicinal in the worst possible way. After trying pikachu one on myself I couldn’t gift the other one to 9yo. This is sad.

I was not given the advertised promo that convinced me to buy. I was misled to believe that I would receive an extra %off if I used Klarna but that wasnt the case and colorpop didnt even attempt to help or provide an explanation.

Your return policy is ridiculous. I am unable to return a palette I got as a gift and am unable to use. Now it will sit and waste and my sister is out her money

I placed the order on Black Friday for a bunch of palettes that were going to be Christmas gifts. The order arrived December 27th. Items came from California. Not even Shein and Temu coming from China take over a month like ColourPop.

never received my order and have gotten no response or help from customer service. Basically colourpop stole my money.

Still haven’t received my package and have not heard back from ColorPop customer service. It was a holiday gift, now I have no idea what’s going on.

I’ve never received the order, never got a response from ticket. It has been the most horrible experience with a brand. Shipped the latest, took forever to arrive anywhere and it turns out that the final delivery is not really to the final person
