I ordered the Sailor Moon palette and the Luna Blush. Everything was absolutely amazing. However, the Sailor Moon palette was slightly damaged but thankfully all of the makeup was intact.

I received a broken item, but they did offer a refund. One of the other items I got had a strange film over it which made it unusable until I figured out I could scrape it off. Other than that delivery took a very long time, but that’s probably not Colour pop’s fault. The rest of the items were good and worth the price.

the product came in dirty, the case of the brushes had this black line on it, i had to use rubbing alcohol to remove it other than that everything was great! shipping was fast.

I loved all products received except the white liner.

I love Color Pop! They have great makeup and really cool collabs. They also have really good packaging and fast shipping

Everything was perfect! Everything in my order looked as gorgeous as it did on the site when I ogled over it and pressed "add to cart". The eyeshadows were super pigmented and they do go a very long way, being as small as they are. I'm super impressed by Colourpop's quality of makeup once again. Only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because I'm almost positive I spent a few extra bucks on faster shipping, only to have to wait about 3 weeks to a month for my order to finally arrive. I understand that covid is slowing things down, but you should mention that and make that clear to us at checkout! Will definitely be ordering again from you guys! I love your eyeshadows! I have several of the 9-pan palettes and the colors and the wear of the eyeshadow itself is phenomenal! However, the packaging for the 9-pans with mirrors is super-flimsy. I’ve lost a few pans from my Baby Got Peach and It’s My Pleasure. One drop and it’s over. The ones without mirrors have been fine, and the baby yoda palette is fine. That’s the only reason for 4 stars.

The makeup is great! No complaints there. 4 stars only because shipping took a while. Colourpop is in Los Angeles & I’m only 8 hours away in the same state. Why it took 2weeks to get my order I don’t know? The transit time took longer than the company processing my order & shipping it.
