I love colourpop but have recently received an order in which an item is broken i sent an email with photos and filled out their forms as instructed, I got an email confirmation that they received my email....and several days later...I've gotten no response. So I give poor rating for customer service. Update...they sent me a coupon code for the amount of the item broken...

I purchased some products from the online shop, and then when the package arrived about 3 weeks later after my purchase, I received the wrong order. Later, I contacted support and they told me they would send the correct ones but it has been already 2 months and I haven't received my correct products yet. I've listened Colourpop support is very good, but in my experience, it has been disappointing

Eyeshadows weren’t super pigmented and there was A LOT of fallout, and I found that it didn’t last all day like some other eyeshadows I use. Packaging and colors were very cute though. Blush on the other hand was super pigmented and stayed on well enough. I didn’t love the color, but that’s not color pops fault.

I really like the colors but the gold glitter shadow is broken and about to fall off I read so many reviews saying the same thing but I still order it :(

The eyeshadow packaging and floral print is very beautiful, delicate and romantic. I bought all 3 of the Baroque palettes. However the actual eyeshadow colors had too much red tones. Even the neutral sparkly taupe would fade into a reddish brown shade. The pigment doesn’t stay and the colors flake.

I like the products but the shipment and delivery takes a lot of time. Also, my last buy from Colourpop was not that good, they said that my product was sold out but I bought it when it was available. That was something I didn’t like about them. They gave me my money back but I really wanted to try that product.
