I received a broken item. The company did not send me a new one but did give me a gift certificate of the item's price for their website. However, I would have rather have received a new product or been given my money back because I will have to pay the price of shipping again to receive my next purchase.

As a huge brand you should be shipping to other countries or at least notice the people that you are not doing so before they order something, not waiting until they have already paid and then refund the money. It’s very uncomfortable.

I love most Colourpop palettes and they are very pretty but the ones that are apart of the tie dye collection were not pigmented. I realize they are pastel palettes but there was no color payoff. It was really disappointing. They were a waste of money in my book

I’ve been purchasing from this company for 3 years now and at first I really loved the products but the concealer I had years ago when it first came out broke down quickly in the bottle and it was oily and gross just after 2 weeks of having it even tho it was matter finish. Then the mascara only lasted me a week and a half after it arriving at my door. I was really disappointed but I didn’t say anything back then because I knew the company was coming out with new stuff so maybe hey changed the formulas for better application now. Now recently I made a bigger purchase than I have before and I accidentally made two of the same orders and tried cancelling and customer service kept sending me automated messages no matter what I sent and I was very frustrated because I asked to cancel it right away and they still shipped it to me so I lost twice the money. Then when I get the daily moisturizer and start to use it, I noticed there were small micro plastic pieces in it but I wasn’t sure if it was apart of the product because it didn’t say that anywhere in the description before I bought it. So that was an over all repeated bad experience with not only the quality of The product but also the customer service.

Two of the 3 palettes arrived with the eyeshadow popping out of the eyeshadow palette.

Although I love your products I had found that the delivery had been very upsetting the shadows I had received were broken and I had also gone with out two products. Them being a foundation and a set of lashes.

it's been over a month. but corona? yeah fair play i gotchu take all the time you need. but , why is my order in NEW ZEALAND. i am in AUSTRALIA? surely it's more effort to send something to nz? i mean okay whatever i just want my damn makeup.

I absolutely loved there lip crayons, eyeshadow pallettes and concealer. But when I ordered from Fourth Ray Beauty my experience was horrible. I got the AM to PM cleanser, a hydrator and the daily facial moisturizer. It hurt my face so much. At first I thought it was just the facial moisturizer, so I only used the other two. But it was still horrible! I don't know how to explain other than it dried out my skin so much that it felt chapped. It began to hurt so much that I could barely moved my face. I had to cover my face in vaseline. I like their makeup, but I am never going to use their skin care products ever again.
