I never received my product and I was unable to contact anyone about it.

Have been waiting over a month, tried to track it down with the last visible update 4 weeks ago, contacted colourpop if they can track it down or send me new items as it seems lost, with the reply to “contact the local post office” which I already did so I wouldn’t have asked them for further help..

Eyeshadow palette came broken.

My package came all messed up, the boxed smashed so I couldn't keep the lip vault box like I wanted. Everything was super drying, flakes off and I can't use it. It was a waste of money. They did offer me a free lipstick.. but everything I wanted to try was sold out and so I asked for a coupon instead so I could buy a different lip set and they told me I couldn't do that. I probably won't buy from them again.

In my time on earth, I have never seen a company deny returns, exchanges or in-store credit because the "materials to make our products are hard to get." I would not suggest buying from colourpop unless you KNOW you want the product and it'll work well for you. I ordered gel creme liners and they just don't work the way I need them to; they need some pressure on the skin to apply the colour which I have found to be difficult because my eye area skin moves with the brush. The only way around this is to stretch and pull my eye far too much. Secondly, once you finally get the product swiped on, the point of the liner is now dull. I believe the point of this is to make the product very vibrant, but it's impossible to create sharp lines without having to sharpen in between each swipe. Additionally, this product does not have a sharpener built for how small the tip is, so I'm reduced to using a razor blade to create a point. Lots of effort for it to become dull one swipe after. Now I've got a whole set of eyeliners sitting around while I wait for better eyeliners from a completely different company. Due to the nature of the product, it would be hard to try to use it as an eyeshadow or blush, it basically dries on the skin immediately and cannot easily be blotted without rubbing the skin raw. I mean how do they run their business if they don't allow returns at all? I won't be bothering with any other colourpop products.
