Hello, I can say that I do love the products, they all function well. The packaging design was beautiful. However I was disappointed that when I ordered the full set, it did not come in the special box that was pictured in the reveal video, and also it did not come with a note from Kristi. In her video she promised that anyone who purchased the full collection would receive the box and the note. It was disappointing that it didn't happen.

I would give you a higher rating but everything is always sold out, and then when its back in stock not even 2 minutes it is sold out again, i cannot get through the check out process fast enough before something then disappears from the cart because it is 'no longer available'....such a disappointment!! dont make so many options so quickly, just make MORE of any one option and this would not be an issue. Also shipping is way expensive, otherwise i would buy more often.

I know I ordered on Black friday, so lots of orders came in, and I know I live in Denmark. But it's almost a month ago, I haven't receice my package yet... The last thing I ordered right before the sale toke only 2 weeks. So Im alittle but dispointed because 3 things were purpose to be Christmas gifts...

the package arrived late and a little damaged but nothing major and the order actually ended up getting lost after getting in my destination city so that delayed the package even more,

I love colourpop, their palettes are beautiful and processing is almost always fast. My only complaint would be that my eyeshadow palettes sometimes arrives with a cracked and broken eye shadow that spills onto the other colors. It has already happened more than twice before, but I'm not sure if it's a colourpop or deliverer issue

Shipping is so slow The products are good!

Bear in mind that the cost of the product is not the final price. You have to add tax and shipping so in effect this doubled the cost.

I tried to buy a limited time product when the collection was rereleased, but while the site said they had it in stock, I was unable to add it to my cart, then when I tried again, it changed to say 'sold out'. It may just have been an error, but it's very frustrating to never get a chance at the products I'm after. Still, what I was able to buy looks just as good as promised, and has become one of my go to products, so I'll keep hanging around waiting for my chance at the other things I want.
