ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

Ok so why send out reminders for sailor moon restock when there is no possible way to get a thing. Last time I got lipgloss because it was all that was left like two days later, but in one min its sold out today thats crap. Thanks for nothing colorpop.

I was so excited to receive my limited collection sailor moon pallet but I was disappointed to see that two of the pans were not in the best condition. One pan wasn’t pressed very well and it looked like it was missing products. A second pan was scratched. I actually bought two of the same pallet and both were damaged in the same way.

I've been purchasing colourpop since it started, but as of late I'm slowly regretting each purchase. There's nothing wrong with the supershock shadows, palettes, highlighters.... but everything else...for example the gliterally obsessed sailor moon glitter straight up sucks. It will take the eyeshadow pigment (Primed! By the way) straight off the eyelid & mixed into whatever gelly subtance the gliterally obsessed goop is. The blotted lippies.....are a huge disappointment they disappear from my lips faster than water. I've primed everything i can because of oily skin, but despite my best efforts in keeping my makeup on those two products just...suck. I'm also disappointed in the "limited stock" where colourpop releases a set amount so it's not so inclusive to everyone. I have been trying to purchase the entire bundle for the sailormoon collab, but every time the launch happens it sells out within seconds. Help me understand this. I'm beginning to think this company is only in it for $$$ & not the love of makeup.

When you have a lunch for Sailor Moon, you never have enough products! Your online waiting for the next source to check you out is ridiculous!!! You let people add an item to the cart and by thr time they get through it's sold out! And you let greedy people buy the product and just go sell it for triple the price! And the people that really want it, never get a chance to get it! You know it's well liked product that people want!! Why not just make a lot so that everyone can get it!!

bad shopping experience，my four orders were combined in one by them，but they only shipped items from 1 order but missed the rest of the stuffs，customer service was very slow，takes few weeks to respond.

Fast shipping but difficult check out process since items are in my cart and then suddenly aren't due to selling out. Products are of good quality & color though.

My items still haven’t shipped and I bought my items like a week ago.....

Your always sold out of what i want. You never restock
