Received wrong order but good products

My order has been on the way for 21 days

Website was laggy…when I order sailor moon make up…

The day your Sailor moon pallets was a nightmare. Not sure what happened but you need to fix what ever it was and make sure you have enough product to ship.

My order was canceled multiple times for no good reason and their solution was for me to try to make a purchase again and I tried at least 3 times and contacted customer service twice. The first time they told me to try buying my things again and the second I was told it was canceled due to a “high fraud risk”. I have never experienced this with any other company except Colourpop and it’s super disappointing. Clearly an issue on their end that they need to look into instead of blaming the customer.

This is the 3rd time I've tried to purchase the sailor moon colourpop collab and I wasn't able to get what I wanted because it sold out so fast and the site lagged so bad. I ended up having to purchase the full kit, just to get the two items I needed to finish my set.

Quality not up to par

Customer service is not key here. The products are great but the terrible Sailor Moon launches are very disappointing and show that the company doesn’t care about what customers want. How hard would it be to have pre-order available?
