I love the products I got! I got skin care products and some of the sailor moon collection! The skin care products are the bomb (will buy again when I run out) and I liked the sailor moon lip product (better then Kyles products). The only issue I had with the eyeshadow is that it dried my eyelids out after two days of using it so I suggest putting a primer on your eye before using any of their eye products.

I love the That's Taupe palette that I received. The reason I gave it a 4 is b/c the Shock color Slate arrived damaged. Only a few swipes left in the cubby as if it had been removed. I've contacted Ulta to see if I can get a replacement or something similar. I was really looking forward to that one, in particular, because it looked really good on Allie Glines in the Naturally Glam video--- which is what tempted me. I also love the snake theme!

I am obsessed with Colourpop. Products are excellent and great price point. I would rate them a 4 star instead of a 5 star because they do not have a customer service phone line. I purchase a lot from Colourpop, but if your package goes missing you are on your own as the only way to contact Colourpop is via email and they never answer back. Colourpop please set up a customer service phone line for your customers! Shipping is extremely slow as well so I know if I place an order I have to wait 2-3 weeks to receive package.

Love your eyeshadow palettes and supershock eyeshadows! So pigmented and pretty! Tons of fallout but I still love your eyeshadows.

It took a while to get to me but i guess that could be because of covid, but the wait wasn’t that long only a few weeks. The only complaint i have is that the colors in all the palettes i ordered were a bit different than in photos (i have three of their palettes and all three are different). I wish they showed what the colors were actually like because i feel like these do not suit my skin tone as well as those colors in the pictures. I probably would have gotten different palettes. Other than that the quality is more than amazing and i can’t believe the price is so good especially considering the quality is as good as most high end brands. Customer service was really nice and responsive. I love the brand and will definitely purchase something again.

I would give it full stars but I’ve had a few of the eyeshadows just fall out of the pan , I hadn’t dropped it or anything but it fell out. Other than that I absolutely love the pallets

Great price! Great shades! Stays on all day. Only thing I don’t like is the eye shadows have fall out so it can be messy when applying.

I honestly love colourpop! My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is the fact that I don’t get the option to cancel an order or edit an order if I’ve left something that’s literally my only complaint lol
