the order was insanely late it took two months but last Friday it did arrive in a great condition (the only issue was with the delay otherwise it's pretty good)

Great color selection but the fallout is unreal and glitter and shimmer shade just don't stay put.

Color pop would get 5 from me, but bought the Dreamery Vault and never received it in my order.. Took 3 weeks to prove I didnt get. Then when the finally sent the shock Dreamery vault , 2 of the colors were half empty..Color pop is great if ur just buying and never have a problem..If youve a problem then .....forget about it..They fall short to 0) stars..I had to reach out on social media and fight to get a pencil sharpener and shock vault, that I never received..Then they set a messed up one 3 weeks later...I never bothered to fix the 1 that finally came in..Just to much hassle to start the painful process over again..Youd think color pop would take the time to QC the product that never show up. Just to make sure the customer gets a good product the second time around.. I think they just dont care about problems and make you jump hoops to get it fix..No problem No worries..Then color pop is 5 star..

I did not get all of my items, they should have showed no stock rather than let me order then not deliver

I find that all color pop eyeshadow formulas are intensely patchy and dry. However, their cream blushes are unbelievably beautiful. So, they balance one another out. Colourpop’s shipping/transaction acceptance leaves MUCH to be desired. My package sat in processing by Colourpop for 11 days before it even shipped.

My pallet arrived scratched up and won’t properly close. As well some of the pans fell out.

I love the actual colors of the palette. I hate the glitter in some of the colors, it does nothing but fall off on my under eye area. The shimmers are ok. I really wish the palette was matte only. Disappointing because all the glitter colors are gorgeous, but I just can’t use them.
