The order took 48 days to be delivered, The tracking system was confusing, The problem solved after 5 emails along 12 days.

I placed my order on August 10, 2020 and I still have not received an email with my tracking number. It has been a week and my items still haven’t shipped. (August 17, 2020)

My package still has not arrived. So I’m pretty upset about this.

Was supposed to get a free item as a promotion and it didn’t come :/

While my wife lives Colourpop, I am the one paying for it. I don't appreciate their refund policy, which is no refunds, no exchanges and no order cancellations at anytime, whatsoever. They say it is because they sell it so cheap. Honey, make up is completely overpriced. Men are frugal with their money because they earn it and many depend on them to provide for them. This is why men do not wear makeup.

Tracking was not available at the website due to some error. However the link sent via email works, since my order was internationally shipped by DHL e-commerce i had no idea how to communicate with them and even when i figured it out it was an international call that i had to pay for and could barely understand the lady (unclear voice). Colour pop no the tracking mentions the postal service that will deliver the product. Also my phone number seems to have not been provided to dhl or the postal service. My order was in the country for a while and it always failed delivery and i had to figure out wich company got a hold of my shipment so that i can personally get it. Not good.

Good products, but very poor customer service, delivery system and refund policy.
