I love colourpop, but one thing I hate is that y’all never restock and there’s time we can’t ever get a cute pallet cause it’s only first come first serve, which is ugh!!!

I’ve loved Colourpop over the years but oftentimes, products arrive damaged. I would give them a higher rating if they would change their policy and either allow refunds or replacements to Canadian customers. I recently learned that US customers have gotten immediate replacements for damaged products. I’ve given feedback several times with no reply to at least allow the discount codes given for damaged products to never expire and to be usable even during promotions. These codes represent money we spent and lost so they should be able to be applied at checkout anytime. With all the constant promotions over the years, I have been unable to redeem around USD$80 in codes because of this policy. By the time I’m able to use the code, the items I want are out of stock, sold out, or the code has expired.

Colourpop's order tracking is really useful and saves me for worrying, is my order lost somewhere due to current situation in tje world where postal service is a bit slower than normally. However, ordering into Europe is pretty slow which of course Colourpop can't do much about. However, I hope the online shop would have more products in stock. I feel like super shock shadows, pressed powder shadows, almost everything except eyeshadow palettes and some face products are mostly out of stock or the selection has otherwise been reduced significantly. I'd hope to see more of those "single makeup products" in stock more in the future and I'd like the build your own palette option to stay on the site and that build your own 9 pan palette would be an option. Also, I hope there would be less glitter products too.

My package arrived with some nicks in my palette. Since colourpop has become a more advanced company, I wish they would allow for returns

Good products but shipping takes a long time and they do not stand by their products if they are damaged in shipping. Not quick to respond during the holidays either.

Creme gel liners break off

it takes a really long time for an order to arrive and the company is poorly informed about sending the package. the products were good and well packaged

I was purchasing a build your own palette for a Christmas and was allowed to select eyeshadows that weren’t even available and was told I would be sent them, but I had never received them. I had to give a Christmas present incomplete. I just wish I had been notified that they weren’t even available when I was selecting these eyeshadows
