I have order from Colourpop twice before and I know that Covid is an issue, but I placed my order on the 9th and it has yet to leave pending. So I'm still waiting on my order. I feel as if they should either have something on their site about possible process delays or be sending out emails about possible delays but it's been nothing but ads to my email and that is really annoying.

The shipping process has been a nightmare, I made the purchased on July 23rd, and at this moment hasn't been shipped yet. Still waiting.

i originally loved the pallet when i received it however there was a TON of fall out and i had a drop of water get on my lid and all of the shadow blended together and made an absolute mess out of my eye and i ended up having to run to a public restroom to get the shadow off as it got everywhere. super embarrassing and made me never want to risk wearing it again.

Took way too long on delivery. Did not expect that

Majority of items are out of stock, and promotions dont occur frequently.

Makeup brushes were poor quality and obviously very cheap despite me paying like $40 for them. ordered some new ones from morphe instead.

Good products but to much time to come. (1,5 month)

From the description, I thought the dry shimmer was more like lotion. I can barely wear it because the glitter just comes off on EVERYTHING. Sad :(
