The time for shipping is too long for USA.

Very bad delivery

Llevo casi 1 mes sin tener noticias de mi paquete. En servicio al cliente la única respuesta es que no pueden hacer nada hasta que el mes se haya cumplido. Decepcionada.

*Edit: Another month has gone by since I wrote the review on August 28, 2020. The lippie pencils and brow pencils are still out-of-stock, but Colourpop has released several new pallets and products. Why are they not keeping their basic items in stock. This is ridiculous. I just want to replace what I didn't receive.* I don't order from colourpop often, because the items I want want are often sold out. So after about 6 months of waiting the primary item I want is back in stock and I place my order, I even throw other items in to qualify for free shipping. Order takes a while to get to me and I can't track it for some reason, but I finally receive it. My name on the package but it's not my order inside. I contact them, which is annoying by the way because they have no customer service # that I could find. I have to send pics of this wrong order, cool. Problem is some of the things I ordered have sold out, including the item that was the reason for the whole order in the first place. They reship what they have in stock, but the item I really wanted. They give me a coupon code for the amount of the sold out items. I email them asking about free shipping because I won't qualify for it when I place my order for the items they didn't have, which is all I want. They don't do complementary shipping on orders they mess up. So I either pay shipping or place a large order that qualifies for free shipping. They said they were in the process of restocking, it's been almost 2 months now. The items I've been waiting for are still out of stock. The coupon code expires soon and I will have to find something to get, but most of the items I like are out of stock. I should've opted for the one time only refund. I just didn't want the hassle of going through afterpay for such a small refund. I thought they would restock their site by now. Have never been so disappointed.

I usually have great experiences with colourpop but in my last order I was missing an item which wasn’t a huge deal but when I emailed them they only gave me a coupon code for the amount of the product but told me I have to repay for shipping so I’m frustrated. I don’t want to pay $5 to ship a $6 item.

I recently got a shipping confirmation for the latest order I made on 20 August. However, my previous order dated 13 August is still pending. Reached out to customer service twice but I keep getting a standard email reply... Just sent another enquiry (in case there was a technical issue) hoping I'd get some help.

The colour is not what I expect. Difficult to spread the texture when using.

I bought 4 "so jucy lip glosses" which costs 8dollars each, and 9.99 bucks for shipping fees. products' quality itself was very good: lovely colors , moisturizing finish. I liked its plumping effect and minty scent very much. the problem was , one of it was defective and it contains one-third of internal capacity at most , as if someone had opend and used it. So, I discarded that one. I reported that problem to costomer service and asked for a cashback or an exchange ,but they offerd me 6.7dollars coupon which can't be applied with other offers. I'm dissapointed at their support. I loved their products, but I'm not sure lf I'll make next purchase.
