Was packed great, except one of the pans of the palette was popping out. This happened to me with my “the child” palette too. Very frustrating.

At first, I’ll admit the customer service was extremely mediocre and they did not understand my requests. But, then after I reached out via social media a different customer service representative by the name of Jane resolved my issue.

I love the collections that colour pop come out with they are so cute. Their foundation is great especially for the price 😊. The only reason the are not 5 stars to me is because I have gotten scratched items before but overall I highly recommend!

My favorite brand! The entire site to purchase to use experience is perfect! I wish the shadows didn’t feel chalky. They’re amazing quality, don’t get me wrong! But it has this chalky feeling and my eyes start to water! Could be something with me but don’t let it stop you!

I love Colourpop. Free international shipping, if you spend over a certain amount. Great products. Fun collaborations. I've had to take one star off, as the people who deliver for them in the UK (Yodel), are absolutely shocking. If they had a better delivery partner, it would be a full 5 stars.

Everything about the experience was great, even the delivery which I thought was gonna take forever to arrive due to that I'm not located in the US. The only downside was that one shadow came broken but other than that, a very good experience, I loved the products!

I love the products and I appreciate that everything arrived on time and in very good conditions. However, I had to pay the taxes in my country (Switzerland) since I bought during the sale and the price that I paid was 63 dollars but Colourpop registered with the normal prices instead of the sales prices. Then the declaration in the costumers' service made me pay about 26 dollars more, as the amount was 85 USD, far more than 65 CHF which I carefully tried to do.

Generally fine. However one of the blushes we ordered (sailor moon collection) was just an empty pan when opened
