I love colour pop lippistix but everytime I order the shades I love it comes in different colour shades than the first one which definitely makes me sad. I feel the formula is not consistent that is why there is always a difference between the lippistix of the same shade. Also anything I like they will discontinue.

The shipment took forever to arrive but my daughter was happy with the products when it did finally arrive.

I’ve been waiting a month for my order and still nothing...

While the products are good quality and are very inclusive in color selection, most of the time when I’m looking to purchase something it’s out of stock. This has occurred with new launches as well as with permanent products. Im disappointed that the option to create one own palette is no longer available and that most of the single shadows were always out of stock. Also some of the launches seem repetitive. Really loved the Dark Blooms launch. It was different and creative. I 100% prefer the cardboard packaging. The plastic makes the product feel cheap.

Its been a delay receiving my items and also my parcel and pallates were open already before I open it. Overall the products are good it's just the delivery took more than a month to arrive.

I do love colourpop on it's good value for money products. However, you now increased the international shipping to USD60. It is still fine. Just that the delivery / shipping throws me off on repurchasing directly from you, I feel like buying from a personal shopper (even though more expensive) cuts the time of waiting.

The time of delivery is too long, I placed my order in November, and I haven’t got it!
