They took more than 15 days to ship my order and it took more than a month in total to get to me since the day I placed my order. The customer service deleted comments i posted about the issue and tried to blame the delay on myself for purchasing at a not-so-convenient time. Just infuriating.

I have been a fan of ColourPop products, but I am starting to lose trust in this brand. I made an order and a part of my order was missing. Of course I contact customer service because I believe businesses should have a chance to rectify their mistakes. After waiting about one business week for a response, I was emailed with a coupon code for the amount of the product. This confused me because I would assume that they could send me my missing item. After looking on the site to repurchase the item I found that it was sold out. Now this is upsetting because this coupon is basically useless to me and I am losing out on the money I spent. The coupon does not expire until for some months now, but it is still useless if the item does not restock. I would prefer a refund in this situation. I did not even want a refund when the item was missing initially, but after finding that I cannot repurchase this item I would want a refund. I have emailed again to see what other options I have, but I had more trust in this brand to take care of their customers. In my opinion I believe I am losing in this situation because the brand was able to sell the inventory for this product regardless of me receiving the item for my money. Also, if I were to use the coupon, it would be on an item I do not really want, which is also a waste. Although the products are nice, be hesitant in trusting this brand with your orders. I have lost trust in this company after this experience. The only reason I am not giving this review one star is because I must admit the products perform well.

Ordered going coconuts pallet. Heard such great things about it. Maybe i got a bad pallet but in my experience it's not very pigmented, too much fall out, and it doesn't blend well.

Durante un tiempo tuve buena atención, pero es la fecha que mi paquete bajó pedido desde finales de Julio no ha sido movilizado, envié mis dudas y no me fueron respondidas, aún quisiera saber si va a llegar sino prefiero la cancelación y mi reembolso ya es muchísimo tiempo, ojala puedan atender mi solicitud. the shipping took over the expected date and there was little to no communication, the products were in mostly good condition, but had scratches of the green shadows when arrived.
