The quality of the make up is just not good.

The Lax Matt lipstick I bough broke my lips out in a rash the first time I used it, I looked it up and it’s a constant problem, should be taken off the website then.

I haven’t even received my order ups lost it at facility n still had the same ol tracking update n customer service isn’t doing a damn thing to help either get my products resent out ok and or my money back

i am a first time user from india. 1. There was a missing item in my order 2. When i contacted the customer care team about it they informed me that they will give me a coupon of $28 that is good, but when i informed them that I have spent almost $40 there was no reply from them and the have stopped the conversation abruptly without any reply.

I didn't get my order, Colourpop says i have to contact the mail services, and mail services says i have to contact colourpop. I'm from Colombia anda i don't recomend to buy Colourpop in Latinoamérica.

Not the glittery colors it shows in the pics and refused a refund. Scammer company

Another company who gives zero F’s about their customers. Made an order almost a month ago - package has quiet clearly been lost as it has not moved in 17 days yet Colourpop will do nothing until it has been 21 business days since shipment date. I have made 24 from companies all over the world since I made this order and they have all arrived within one week. This is an absolute joke and I will never again purchase from them!!
