Ordered a 2nd time from Germany. Delivery time was as expected. The products were carefully packaged. Unfortunately one item was mixed up in my order. The process of submitting a request to customer service is a little time consuming as you have to take a few pictures and upload them but it’s easy to navigate and understand. The customer service responded quickly and was friendly and they refunded the mixed up item. The products are very high quality and I’d always buy them again.
