Gimmicky products
I believe the colors wasn't well thought out. Colourpop products seems to be a bit gimmicky rather than really looking at the needs of the customer.

My parcel was missing an item so I contacted customer services. They sent me a coupon for the value of the item. Being an international customer, I don't often shop online at their store because of shipping costs so I requested a refund. They would only offer me a one time refund, because apparently they don't do refunds, which seems very unreliable to me. I decided to decline the offer out of worry of being blacklisted from their site or if I needed to fight for a future refund. The hassle over a $12 item ultimately didn't seem worth it so I just took the loss. Still annoyed though.

Pros: Make-up shades were gorgeous and well-pigmented. Cons: They initially shipped me the wrong products. This was very frustrating, particularly because they use the slowest shipping option possible. It took about 8-10 days for the first package to get here, and then same for the replacement package. I also wasn’t all that impressed with the quality of the product. The texture and ability to blend made it clear why their products are so cheap.

The quality of the makeup is less than drugstore make up. The eyeline is see through sheer. Super disappointing.

I loved the fact that it was a Twilight collaboration and I purchased the Team Edward lip oil. It is super pretty and shipping was fast. However, my complaint is that it doesn’t even last 10 minutes before it’s completely gone. Even if nothing is drank or eaten.

Didn’t like that customer service said they’d combine my packages into one so I wouldn’t be double charged shipping, but that never happened and I was charged twice. Packages shipped and arrived same day.

I like the variety of colorpop. All the colabs and special editions, makes it very fun and interesting to shop, however... I have to unfortunately say that the products don't stack up for me. The "award winning" color shock is gone in a few hours. Their lipsticks become patchy and dry, and I've tried so many different formulas. The pressed powders like blushes, highlighters or eye shadows are so powdery. The "glitter" just flakes off. My eyebrow pen works about 50% of the time. I'm just unimpressed. I've tried several times, multiple times to love this brand but I end up wasting more of my money while thinking I'm getting a good deal. Not so much, their price point should be lower based on of their quality, maybe if they didn't spend so much time and money on packaging they could actually produce a solid product. I've moved on, but that's also just my opinion.
