Took so long to receive the product (2weeks), which is kind of a turn off and makes me want to look at other options.

Products are fine. Quality slightly exceeds the price points (but it's still not high quality). Major issue is my shipment took over a month to arrive.

I was fast enough to buy the Twilight collection while it was in stock. Colourpop oversold, so now I am waiting for my items to restock even though I ordered IN STOCK items from the website.

Welp Firstly it was delivered to me broken and smashed up to the point where within a few days of using it the whole blush kind of just crumbled into loose powder. Secondly I feel compared to the Packing and how it was portrayed online it has far less pigment then advertised. For a what was supposed to be a bright magenta / fuchsia blush it just ends up being a pale slightly pinky kiss of color on the cheek. It was also super annoying to get onto the brush which id just chock up to the lack of pigment. Overall It was kinda meh and broken however it did last for a super amount of time so it has that.

I ordered the limited edition Twilight collection as a birthday present for myself. My package didn’t arrive and all colourpop was able to do was refund me. It was never about the refund but the collection itself since I’m a huge fan of Twilight. Super disappointing.

2 products arrived broken and the smashed pieces fell out when i opened the packaged and stained my bedsheets :)

Didn’t realize they have a no returns policy before I ordered. I bought an eyeshadow pallet and it looked a bit banged up. I wanted to exchange it for something else, but I’m stuck with it. I also bought the mystery box, which came with 4 eyeshadow pallets and 1 makeup brush. I’m happy with the brush, and would’ve been happy with a pallet or two, but there was an expectation of variety. Not only did I get 4 eyeshadow pallets, 2 of them were the same color scheme. What a waste of money.

La verdad se demoro bastante, de los productos que compre no me llegaron 2 paletas, de estas solo se me reembolso una de ellas, por lo tanto ha sido una experiencia bastante mala
