I made a purchase with you. It arrived today and there are a lot of things missing. The invoice is wrong and this package is missing 1 item. Another purchase that I made the next day is also missing. A portion was charged to my credit card, but the purchase did not arrive. I am very dissatisfied with the purchase. Do you usually act like this with international purchases? I paid super expensive fees here in Brazil and my entire purchase didn't arrive.

I've reached out for assistance on my order that was missing two items and I have yet to hear back. I've reached out twice.

I havent recieved my package

El tiempo de respuesta es realmente exagerado y al final de todas formas no te resuelven nada, yo pedía seguido de esta pagina pero creo que ya no lo haré tanto para evitarme malos ratos

I ordered items, they never shipped.. had to request a refund (which was thankfully granted).

I didn't receive my order

I ordered the product on Dec 3rd and the shipping was never made; besides that I sent a couple of emails asking for the shipping details because the status was unfulfilled and nobody answered. So I cancelled the order
