The shipping of the products took a very long time. Furthermore, the labels on the product weren't as good quality as I thought it would be. For example, the gold labeling on the lux lip glosses weren't really clean and look sort of patchy. However, other than that I thought the pigment for the eyeshadows were great and most of the eyeliners from the liquid liner pen vault were opaque and not runny. However, due to the long shipping time, it did make me more critical of the products that I purchased.

no return policy- I would have gladly accepted a merchandise card. The foundation and blush were not good, i bought two of each, both bad. Concealers and eyeshadows are great!

I didn't receive my package Though they were very responsive and "resent" my order, I only received 1 of 2 palettes ordered. Not a great experience 🤷🏻‍♀️ Can't blame them or the delivery guy I guess, my loss 😒

I love the quality of colourpop products, and even how fast my orders get to me. What frustrates me is the fact that their website is barely ever stocked. It can be so hard to get something I want that I hardly ever check their site anymore. I hope they can figure out stock because otherwise they're such a good brand.

I liked the price of the items and the cuteness of the products so I purchased as Christmas gifts. my order arrived in a timely manner but broken.

The products are great but half the order never arrived.
