I didn’t get one of my items I ordered and had to contact customer service. They did refund me but I feel like they should have contacted me before sending the box if the item was out

I love the products but the shape in which my products were delivered were far from acceptable

The products are nice, but customer service was very slow and not helpful.

Placed my order on the 5th and received my package the 19th. The palettes are comically small and mediocre quality.

Long posting period, no one follow up out of stock products, if I didn’t send email, no one inform me my order was holding by the out of stock product. The CS was poor ~

It took colourpop 20 days to ship my order, by the time they shipped it an item was already sold out which happened to be the item that I mainly wanted. I did receive a refund for the item. However, as an international customer the exchange rate ended up making me lose out on both money and the product. I intentionally bought a lot of items since I have to pay for customs as well and just not receiving the item I wanted and a refund with the exchange just felt like a huge waste of money and time.

Love the products, but shipping time is atrocious and everything is always out of stock forever. Hard to keep colourpop as a staple if the products are never available.

Always out of stock! While I love your products, you can't have a sale going on with more than half of your stuff out of stock! How are we going to spend our hard earned money if there is nothing to spend it on haha. I know things with the pandemic have been hard, but its just unfortunate that most of the stuff I wanted wasn't available. Thanks to everyone for their hard work anyway.
