They’re alright. Definitely nothing too fantastic. They definitely aren’t waterproof and you have to go over it a couple times to get good pigment. I’ve tried better ones from the drug store.

Items arrived on time. Only thing wrong with my order was the sailor moon palette had some broken pieces unfortunately. :(

Shipping is extremely snow. I'm not talking about the post office, but it took over a week or more to even be shipped for my last two orders

I love this brand and I love the products but shipping takes a long time. I placed an order December 29th, it shipped January 5th and it is now January 10th and I still do not have my order. I know it will get here...just takes awhile.

Bought a container of lip liners. They came in a cute reusable ‘leather’ container in pink, very cute. The lip liners are great but they’re made of a plastic material so not a pencil. As a result, it’s very limited use. You can’t sharpen them! They should make that clear in the description. It is not good value for money.

Although the product is a great price, the pallet colours do not match the swatches from the website. The colours appear more red toned on the sight but in person were much more orange. Disappointing lack of lippie stocks as that is what’s firat drew me to colourpop, I feel like the brand is expanding to too many product mixes

I ordered an eyeshadow pallet and it was missing a color. They have a no return policy. I do like the quality of the colors I did receive though.
