Unfortunately when I received my order in the mail one of the five pallets were broken up in pieces. It was a gift from an out of state relative so trying to return it was to much of a hassle 😢

I didn’t get my correct order. I did have it replaced. Thankful for that but it shouldn’t have happen in the first place

I ordered at around the same time last year but took only 2 weeks to come. This time took more than 1 month. And passed the date that Colourpop informed me but I haven't received the package yet. 3 attempts to deliver in a day but didn't even receive a call.

The package hasn't been delivered yet to my home so I can't rate the products, even it's been more than a month so I just can tell about the delivery time.

I think ColourPop is very well priced and I love the products. However, they took almost 4 weeks to be delivered to me, and one of the products I ordered never arrived.

I love the products theirselves however it seems a pan of the eyeshadows always want to fall out of multiple pallets i have.

I ordered two palettes from Spain. One of them arrived with a broken shadow and I couldn’t return it.

Colour pop products are so cute and I love them because they’re cheap and affordable. But I’ve ordered 3 pallets last year of this brand. 2 of which were broken. The one that wasn’t broken was wrapped in bubble wrap. The others where just thrown in a box with more cardboard or nothing around them. Also the lashes I bought were very cute but fell apart after only 2 or 3 wears. For the price I can get better wear time from drugstore.
