Missing one item from the order. Submitted inquiry through their online form, as instructed the same day order was received, received no response or confirmation.

This is the first time I tired colourpop after hearing so many good reviews. I was so so so excited!!! Unfortunately, my palette came in the mail broken. One of the eye shadows was out. Now, it was the eye shadow itself not the pan. I was able to finangle it back in but it stinks that it came broken. I’m just so worried it’s going to pop out again and bust since it’s a very soft shimmer.

Every time I try to order when it’s a limited edition I always have to wait for the restocking. After a failed launch on Wednesday I thought I had it in my cart yesterday. I was so happy then while waiting in virtual checkout it kept bumping back to shipping. The last time it happened it was taken out of my cart and was sold out. With the exchange rate I pay more then it’s listed for already. Takes weeks to ship to me. I can’t buy it through Ulta as they don’t ship to Canada. It’s now on eBay for an astronomical price. So some of those that bought it are trying to make a profit and those of us that actually buy it and wear it can’t get it. Doesn’t make me want to continue to buy or tell others too.

I ordered my package on 20th August Colourpop shipped out on 3rd September and still not receive it... It is pending in Frankfurt since 12th September, I don't know why...

One of my SSS was broken and not able to repair. After everything I’ve heard about your returns i elected to just throw the product out instead of try for months to get a refund. Especially since they took several weeks to arrive. I imagine this was also a very old product I was sold from the way it flakes out of the packaging.

There should be more of a service if the package is lost or send back (because of no reason). I don't see the money for a long time or have make a paypal claim.
