My order is more than a month late, the first time this happened

Never arrived - was returned to sender on 4/20 and I still have yet to receive a refund on my payment.

i bought the avatar last airbender eyeliner pencils set - two don’t work - the winding mechanism was broken. the formula is also far too soft on the two that do work. Poorly advertised and very disappointing - i’ve actively been telling people never to buy from colour-pop again

I ordered this eyeliner, Beacon Hill Colourpop cream gel liner duo. The description was that this eyeliner was creamy easy to go on and l loved the color! Unfortunately , the product that I got , was hard as a rock in the green and couldn’t even get it to go on my eye , every time I try to use it the tip wood break and it was hard as a rock. I followed the request they made and sent multiple pictures with photos of the product, swatches on my skin ,as well as photos of inscription with lot numbers on the eyeliner. When I received the replacement and unfortunately when I tried to use the “cream gel “ liner in the green color it ONCE again it was hard and I could not get it to even line my eye without breaking AND TUGGING AT THE SKIN?! This was neither creamy or gel like in any sense and quite frankly unusable. I then noticed the lot numbers were the same. This was unsatisfactory and So disappointing! I contacted them again and wanted to return the the products , and get a refund. They refused to refund my money OR accept the return. They sited they were were NOT obligated in ANY way to do ANYTHING, no returns, exchange, refund etc!!! They then offered me a conciliatory promo code for $7.50 which is HALF of what I paid. In addition , they stated they would not allow the coupon code to be used for ANY of their promotions or for any shipping as well! Outrageous! They don’t stand by their products that are defective or old?! I emailed back repeatedly, and asked them to even call me to discuss, but they have never reached out. Now to add salt in the wound , they sent me an email to give a review and rating of this product. I did so and even after a week it does NOT show up OR APPEAR on their website at all? Where is the transparency, truth of this company? Where are the scruples? I sent them another email asking about my “missing “ review, and was told they’d send this question to another department. Still , no resolution, no one contacting me ? Instead I just received ANOTHER request to do a review! Why would a company like this treat customers so poorly when they are at fault? There are so many good eyeliners out there, save your money and aggravation! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND PRODUCT!!!

Most of their eyeshadows have talc, and I mistakenly bought a bunch because the formula for SOME of them does not have talc. In nature, talc grows side-by-side to ASBESTOS, repeated tests have found asbestos in most makeup. Seriously, there is no good reason for makeup brands to keep poisoning us.

Have ordered many times in the past, have not ordered in the last two years. Since reordering more recently, all packages are correctly labeled to go to New Zealand, but go to Germany instead. Customer service when dealing with this is poor, and they will not launch an investigation into the shipping.

First time buyer. And I must say I was serveraly disappointed. Color for the eyeshadow was chalky and had barely any pigment, and I couldn't even use the best color on the eye area. The lip glosses were ok but looked alot alike. Eyeliner has barely any pigment either. Will NEVER purchase anymore products after that.
