One of my items was missing. Contacted CS requesting they send the missing item. Then responded by giving me a voucher requiring me to order item again. I followed up with cs asking they send me the missing item. They responded indicating they could not replace my product and offering a refund. No explanation was provided. Very disappointing.

I expected better pigmentation after seeing the sample swatches on the website. The handful of palettes I've purchased have low pigmentation and are not very build-able.

The eyeshadow are very nicely made and pigmented. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because of the quality of the lipsticks. The mattes are wayy too drying even with preparation prior to putting it on. The satin lipsticks don't stay very long at all, it's all disappointing really. I definitely look forward to purchasing their highlighters, shadows, and blushes, but their lipsticks are not very well made no matter how nice the shades are. Really wish they fixed their creme formula.

Colourpop is known for fast production, frequent releases and cheap prices. As a regular customer, I am happy with the quality and price ratio. Regarding delivery, products are usually packaged with care and bubble wrap. However, their stock tends to sell out too quickly and new releases are often not restocked for long. It seems to be a PR technique to create hype and scarcity over their products. During their sales, if a customer does not hurry, odds are, he or she will miss out. Instead of deleting sold out products off their website, which sends the message that the product might be discontinued, I would suggest greying out the image and, ideally, specifying whether this product is limited edition, discontinued or back ordered. It would help appease customers and diffuse the confusion. Also, the website would not feel as empty. During sale events, mainly site-wide ones, some products remain regular price, despite advertising, and Colourpop disables coupon and affiliate codes. So, if a customer wants to buy a product that's not on sale, he or she cannot even have the standard 10 % discount. In addition to these concerns, Colourpop could improve their website's graphic design. Regardless of the user's device, the website is not optimized. The pictures are often too large, which causes unnecessary scrolling. The product sections are poorly organized and you sometimes have to use the search engine to find a product you could not find in the proper section. All in all, I like Colourpop, but I think they could invest more funds in improving their website to optimize customer experience and/or develop an app.
