I got my recent purchase from colourpop through ULTA which was the Hocus Pocus palette. I kind of learned some of the eyeshadows aren’t safe to wear on the eyelids...apparently they use PET glitter which is glitter in mattes smh. Honestly why use these ingredients in your products that are known to be harmful to the customers eyes?. Y’all need to start getting it together when it comes to your eyeshadows, because apparently colourpop has this rep of using colors/glitters that aren’t even considered approved/safe in the US...such a waste of money. If I had known this? I wouldn’t of bought the palette, but because it’s one of my favorite movies it’s why I got it. I guess it will just look good as a display on my vanity since I don’t intend on putting something harmful on my face or eyes.

My package was stolen initially and it was quite difficult to get ahold of ColourPop and I ended up having to comment on IG to get a response. Not all of my questions were answered and I was unable to get everything I ordered, then was offered a discount code for the things I didn't get. I even advised to send to my new address and they did not listen. I don't think they even read my emails and the responses were not adequate. I was super disappointed in how this was handled. Every other makeup company I have purchased from, when there was an issue, has quickly and efficiently helped me.

Sometimes the products arrive on time and in good condition, but most arrive in poor or incomplete condition.

I recently purchased the Sailor Moon collection because I'm such a die-hard fan. I love love love the packaging. However, the actual product sucks! The smell of the glitter is a really strong chemical scent, I will not be putting it on my face. The pallet colours are so chalky and transparent. The lip colours are patchy and the blush's are so intense they're almost clown-like. I'm sorry, I really wanted to love it. At least I have some cute display makeup ...

I think the terrible recent handling of releases says everything. The products are generally good and pricing is ok. But their recent actions make it clear customer happiness isn't their goal. I won't be buying their products again.

Ordered 70+ dollar of product from colorpop’s website and waited for 5 weeks still not receiving anything. Emailed customer support to enquire order status but didn’t get any responses. So I tried to reach out again to have my order cancelled. Luckily I heard response this time and successfully got my ordered cancelled with a full refund (the delay is caused by some problem at their sorting facility, and according to the staff I will eventually receive the product I ordered. Although it has been close to 2 month I still haven’t received anything) Sadly the refund went through currency exchange (I live in Canada) and I lost 5 dollars due to currency exchange rate fluctuation. So at the end I spent 5 dollars and 7 weeks of wait time and end up getting nothing..... definitely not my best online shopping experience

I originally waited 2 hours for the first launch of the hocus pocus collection on colour pop, while they made crappy remarks about using another company for the collection, and calling us all witches before they decided to re arrange the launch for the next day! The next day I’ve get everything in my bag and ready to check out at 2mins past, then waited 7 mins before I could put my details in to actually buy the items, at this point two items from my bag have sold out. It’s very frustrating why do you let people put it in their bags if it’s sold out. Was a very poor launch. They keep as well trying to push people to another launch of the collection, on a different website, which I thought was very rude and disrespectful of their customers, do they not want anyone to shop with then!? Just felt very upset by this, they could have done a whole lot better

I have not received my order placed on the 22nd, 29th August, and another one placed on the 1st September. I placed new order because they are having sale at that time. I have also contacted their customer service, but did not get any reply. Overally their efficiency is really disappointing.
