I DID NOT GET MY ORDER

Terrible customer service. I received the wrong item, I reached out multiple times and they ignored my requests.

Love the colourpop products. They’re the best but had issues with shipping. On your website it says they ship to Singapore. In reality they don’t. I tried to check out 4 separate times, using different credit cards and with/without VPN. Nothing worked. My order kept getting canceled. When I contacted customer support, they just said to try again. Contacted again and same response. I asked if they could process the order for me - no, just try again. Super frustrating. Never got my order. While customer support was not helpful, they were responsive.

The product was late, the boxes were broken when it arrive and the package it came in was ripped. Very disappointing

I had trouble with delivery and after the second time my package was robbed they didn’t answer my email.

I still didn’t receive the order!!! And no one help me

I bought several concealers and after using applicator a minimum of 4 times the applicator brush fell off each one. Which is a waste of product because now I can't use it.
