Great products, slow shopping but no issues.

Really enjoy their products. However, for some palettes that I bought I would prefer pictures on the website or something that indicate their size (or dimensions) because I believed that one product was bigger than their real size.

It’s a great company with great products. However, I feel as they should have better packaging when shipping products. It just feels kinda bland to me. I want to get excited once I open the box and that doesn’t happen until I open the products. But overall, it’s a great brand and I will be buying from them again!

The first response did not satisfy me because it seemed to be a default message but once I explained my issue again, they did respond very nicely and resent my package.

Great color payoff. The glitter can irritate the eyes. Shipping can take a while. Great value though! Would recommend.

Me parece una excelente marca, cuenta con muy buenos productos a un bajo costo y con unos empaques hermosos. La única recomendación es que mejoren el tema de los envíos porque suelen tardar demasiado y hay personas que suelen tener problemas con eso y con aduanas. Del resto la marca es excelente.

The product is amazing. It looks even better in person than in the picture. I tried it as soon as it came and it is beautiful!! I just give it 4 stars for the shipping. To Colombia it takes way too long, it was sent from USA to Germany and stayed there for like 3 weeks I don’t know why.
