Shipping was a nightmare. I didn’t receive my order which was a Christmas gift until after Christmas. I understand shipping isn’t your fault, but I feel that as a company, you should choose any other shipping company besides USPS. The products I received from you (besides being late) were great. If not for the shipping, I would have given a five star rating.

ColourPop is an amazing brand. Started with 1 palette. Now I have 6! The formulas are great and long lasting. Unfortunately, if you have an issue, their customer service is horrible. I had to exchange 12 emails with them before getting a missing item replaced. Take this into consideration before purchasing

My shadows always come with some damage to them which is unfortunate and it takes a ridiculously long amount of time to ship my items! Other sites like Huda Beauty use DHL and I get my items shipped to me within a week maximum!

Update: dans mon cas, sav très réactif. Après avoir montrer des preuves en photo (et n'hésitez pas à aller jusqu'au bout car dans un premier temps, il disais ne pas s'etre tromper de kit malgré les photos) ils m'ont proposer un coupon de la valeur du set que j'avais initialement commander mais j'ai demander un remboursement qui a été accepté. Je suis en attente de celui çi. Malgré cette erreur je dois dire que la palette est de bonne qualité, pinceaux très doux. Dommage pour les frais de douanes qui ne sont pas pris en charge au moment de l'achat. J'ai passer une commande pour une palette et un set de pinceaux qui est à 44$ (ultimate kit brush). Sans compter les délais de livraisons très long (21 jours pour la Belgique) j'ai reçu le mauvais kit de pinceaux qui lui est à 32$. Frais de douanes? 40€.

- My package was late and tracking wasnt working properly. Package got stuck in customs and i had to pay an additional price to get it. + Customer service was fast and very kind. - Size of the products didn't come clear from the site so seeing them in person was suprising. (they were a lot smaller than i thought) + package was very pretty and i got a christmas card which was nice. + quality of the eyeshadows is good and they are very pigmented

They are super cute colors and the liner itself is a fine tip so that is nice. Im not sure if its waterproof or not but if you use one over another it will stain your tip. Ex, white over red will make your white tip a pinkish color. Only reason for the 3 stars is because of the price! I think the price should be below $20 for this set. I wouldn't buy again even though they are cute, I would shop for a better price.

Package took almost 2 weeks to ship, another 2 to be out for delivery only to never arrive. Reached out to customer service and was told to wait a few more days multiple times. 15 days after package showed "Delivered" a replacement order was sent. Replacement package took 2 weeks to arrive. 6 weeks after initial order placed I finally received products.
