Shipping and customer service are deficient

For whatever reason my package was unable to be delivered to me and then I was told I wouldn’t be able to get the products I previously purchased on sale when my previous purchase was clearly within the sale dates. Disappointed.

Colourpop should focus more on product replenishment instead of endlessly launching “new” products. It’s almost impossible for me to reorder anything twice because it’s discontinued or out of stock.

Horrible customer service and stock levels. Products are great, but getting to be impossible to buy because they’re sold out immediately, even during restocks. Prices have gone up. No help or support from customer service when I contacted them.

Haven't received my order yet, it has been over a month. Whenever I try to contact customer service they would always tell me to contact my local post office. So much for customer service

I bought the dream big palette collection because I just thought they were super pretty and aesthetically pleasing to look at. I have heard great reviews from people about their eyeshadow pigment which is what made me invest. Every single packaging for each eyeshadow palette (there is 6) came heavily scratched to the point where it looks tacky and fake. I live in the UK so buying this was especially expensive due to the custom charges so I'm really disappointed. It looks like it's something someone already used and then returned because the palettes were extremely well packaged and wrapped in bubble wrap so there's no way they would be scratched during the delivery of the product. I wrote a complaint to colour pop and they said they couldn't issue me a whole new set (which I understand and I don't want either) but I was more hoping for a partial refund which I think is justifiable. Overall I'm not impressed and I won't be ordering from this company again, the hassle just isn't worth the product. There are plenty of other amazing eyeshadows/makeup brands which are accessible in the UK and value their customer feedback.

The products are very cute and trendy but the shipping took forever!

I never received over half of my order, and they wouldnt not refund me. Only a measly store credit. We’re in the midst of a global pandemic and I found this quite insulting
