I would love to give 5 stars as I love Colourpopp make up. The issue I have is the shipping time. The time frame once I place my order and shipping is awesome but the time it takes once it leaves your warehouse is horrible. Why use DHL? Sometimes it takes my order 2 weeks to receive not acceptable and this has been happening since before Covid so that can't be used as an excuse. That is the reason I don't order alot especially skincare where if I run out waiting for my order to arrive I'm out of luck. I don't understand why you use DHL for shipping if it's for cheaper shipping rates we the customer are the ones paying for the delays. That's unacceptable!!

My eyeshadow came broken, I reached out more than 3 times to customer service providing my order info and photos and did not receive any more communication. I only received an email to rate their customer service after they closed my ticket without any remedy. I've loved colour pop for years but i do not purchase from companies with bad customer service.

All the shadows were broken.

You charged for a product twice and never till this day, it has been a month and never received. Which I will show receipts on twitter. Insane how colourpop is still in business. They keep launching new products and cannot even keep demand and ship what they supposedly sold. AWFUL..AND WILL PASS THAT AROUND.

I haven't received my package yet. I have been waiting a long time. I'm not happy

I ended up breaking out from the eyeshadow. I wrote in about it, and was told that I should've looked at the ingredients to see if it had anything in it that I was allergic to. This was my first time ever buying & using colourpop. I've used all kinds of brands before and never had any allergic reaction. It's not like I knew I would break out from this. And know what to look for in the ingredients it's not fair that I have to continue to pay for something I can't use now. Colourpop should have a better return/refund policy

You cancelled my order

Hello, my first package from colourpop was missing an eyeshadow palette, which was my main reason for me to begin my order. Then, when they send me a replacement, it was never delivered and there is no trace of the package in my apartment complex's mailing system. I get an email that they can do nothing about this since they had already since me a replacement, but they had to send me a replacement because they did not fulfill the package correctly to begin with. This same experience also happened to me last year. I love their products, but I will not be ordering again due to these issues.
