Great products. Unfortunately the shipping options or lack of choice of shipping options would stop me from purchasing

I believe I would enjoy Colourpop a lot more if they could just keep their items in stock. There's so many items that I've wanted to purchase but were out of stock. I was able to get one (previously out of stock) item from them luckily. It was Partly rowdy lip glass. It look good but very sticky and juicy texture. It's a wow for me. If some items were going to be permanently "out of stock" I'd rather they be removed from the catalog completely than to sit in there without a purpose but to temp would-be potential buyers. There items look good but that's about all I can review Colourpop for now. I would love a limited time free shipping again one day! Nevertheless. Get it together! New items won't attract newer buyers if they can't buy what they want in the first place.

My package never came. I ordered previously from them and it arrived quicker to Australia. Now I'm in California and the Californian company is taking months to send it. I'll give two stars however because after a delay in the teams response, when I reached out they were happy to replace it. Though they don't do refunds apparently and one of the single glitters was out of stock no. So now i have $3.75 store credit which can't be used with any other offer and it's a bit silly because quite honestly don't think I'll be shopping with them again. Waste my time really. It's a shame since the products are good.

Love the products but when my package had products missing, the result wasn't fair. Instead of sending me the missing products from my order, they said they could only give me a credit on my account of the value of the items. On top of that, it has an expiry of 2 months to use. So they expect me to use the credit within 2 months plus buy enough to make shipping or pay for shipping myself. How is this fair with it being wrong on Colourpop's side to have missed in the first place.

it took 2 weeks for the items to be dispatched and then another month of waiting for them to arrive. Some of the palettes I received were bent and scuffed up. Wouldn't buy from them again tbh

I have bought colourpop before but only some collab with Kathleenlights! This time I actually bought some of their individual palletes, I bought 3 palletes & 2 single shadows & 1 highlighter! It arrived in 1 month! One of the eyeshadow looked like it was swatched/smeared/brush strokes. Was not happy at all. I emailed them & their response was ‘your palletes must have had a rough ride’ ! So dissatisfied, specially if you order directly from company & you don’t expect your item to look like it’s used! Not purchasing in future!

I absolutely love your makeup and will continue purchasing from your brand, but it’s incredibly disappointing every time I go to your website to find it out of stock in most products I’m after.

It took an entire month to get my order. Last time I ordered a couple of years ago it took 3 weeks. I would think after being in business this long they would have adjusted and hired more people to help. If you want to receive Colourpop products in a timely manner, I’d recommend ordering from Ulta. On a positive note, Colourpop has fantastic products and prices.
