ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

Waited more than one month for the delivery, paid extra 14 dollars at the local post office, asked u to change my phone number but u didnt so I had problem with the delivery. package was in good condition, but some palette takes some work to get some actual color on my lids, like in trance pallete. overall it’s good quality

Colourpop has deceitful practices. I'm still going to buy from colourpop but in the way that I buy from a flea market. 1. Do not trust reviews. I posted to reviews raving about how great an eyeshadow palette was but I gave is only 3 stars because 2 of the best colors in the palette were not FDA approved for use around eyes and were not labelled as such on the site (and of course, no returns once you find out!). Neither of those reviews were posted even after I wrote customer service to see why my reviews weren't posted. To this day, the Coast to Coral only has 5 star reviews. 2. You must read the ingredients list to find out before you buy if a product is intended for what it is being sold as. They sell eyeshadows that are not meant for use in the immediate eye area but only list this in the ingredients section that is on a separate page from the product. 3. You're going to get some duds. Some of my shadows from there do not blend well at all. Others go on like a dream. I'm using Making Mauves everyday but one of the shadows is basically pressed glitter that only comes up if I scrape it and only sticks to my eye if I use glitter glue.

It took forever to ship, which I understand due to health and safety. But I sent about 3 emails asking for an update on my order before someone got back to me after weeks and a part of my order wasn’t shipped and refunded to me without my knowledge. So, I emailed again asking what in my order didn’t ship and never got a response. If I ever buy Colourpop again it’ll be through Ulta because it was frustrating not knowing what was going on.

Mulan item was sent weeks after my daughters Mulan party. It should have said out of stock or something instead of processing your order so I knew It was delayed . I ordered it a couple of weeks before the party.. everyone else's Items arrived on time.

I love this company with my whole heart but I cannot understand why they always forget an item from my order. I’ve ordered two times and both times something was missing. And when I contacted them for the item I was sent a coupon code for $5 that expired a month later. This doesn’t work for me as I am Canadian and would have had to pay $12 for shipping which is absolutely ridiculous when it was their fault for forgetting the item. I want to love everything this company does but I just can’t deal with how they dealt with that situation as my palette is missing an essential shade and the coupon expired and was of no help anyway. Please do something about the awful customer service.

Happy with the eye shadow pallets they are great quality! Would recommend the lil ray of sunshine but had a problem with two lipsticks I ordered and the customer service was very disappointing, considering I’m from Canadian and had to pay duty fees for all this I won’t be ordering from here again.

shipping took long, my palettes were damaged and some of them were not packaged the same as others

Terrible customer service and polluting the planet with an overload of releases. Mediocre quality compared to severel years ago.
