Big Joke. I wanted one Winnie the Pooh but always sold out. I received an alert to buy and by the time I got through the product was sold out again, RIDICULOUS. And the most ridiculous part is that it's always sold out to jerks who buy in bulk and then sell multiple on ebay for three and four times the price. I unsubscribed and will NEVER purchase from hem again.

Not happy with the quality of any of the products I purchased. The under eye translucent primer is so dry & barely comes out of the tube. I returned it (and the returns process is horrible...numerous emails begging for a replacement & photos required...how do you take a picture of "dried out"?) because I thought it was just old, but the replacement was just as dried out. , the eye shadow 4-color palette plastic case that holds the eye shadow broke at the hinge within 1 week & the powder doesn't go on your eyes smoothly. The single eye shadows come in a cheap, flimsy plastic holder that, once opened, is impossible to reclose. In addition, everything takes a very long time to arrive. So, no thank you to further orders.

My items had came in broken.

I still have not received my package, package sent through SA Post office which is not effective.
