So I was very excited to start messing around with the eyeshadow and the brush set I purchased, but upon arrival one of the eyeshadows was shattered all around the pan. I have put in a ticket for support but no one has gotten back to me just yet. The brush’s are great, so for that I’m great full. However, the fact that my eyeshadow came tainted, I’m giving a three star review.

Great saturation of color. Smooth to apply and long lasting. Colors all tend on the orange side. Too many glittery shadows for my taste; I prefer far more mattes.

When I first received this item it was damaged and I had to contact them twice to get a response that they would do a replacement. (within 4-business days) The replacement I received it wasn’t even properly put in the box right and the colors were somewhat popped up while some look properly place. I’m not calling back in to get this fix since it’s not broken (the colors are intact) but it’s just not placed in right. I was super excited for this palette and now with this I’m just okay with it. Kind of ruined my excitement..

My eyeshadow was falling out of its spaces and one was smudged. Love Grogu so kept but probably won't use.

The That's Taupe shadow palette was sold out, so I asked to be notified when it was available. I never received notification. I checked the website periodically for weeks. The moment it was available I purchased it. Minus one star for poor customer service. I love the color selection in the palette. Unfortunately, the matte shadows look extremely chalky when applied. Moreover, they're very difficult to remove, even with eye makeup remover. Minus another star. The shimmer shades look fabulous on and I have had no issues removing them.

love all the colors they look great when applying! the craftsmanship is very shotty however. considering a color i hadnt even used yet came out of the pallet when i turned it over in my hand to adjust the mirror to do my makeup.

I bought several things but they went on sale less than 24 hrs later so I sent Colourpop an email that I didn’t think that was cool. A week goes by, and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive, when I get an email that I was refunded! They cancelled my order and the items were now out of stock, sale over, and I haven’t been able to order them since! That made me mad. I am not a fan of Colourpop anymore. The right thing should have been to ask me first if I wanted a refund at that point, or to refund me as soon as I sent the email so I could purchase the items on sale and in stock. It seemed antagonistic and spiteful, NOT like they were trying to give good customer service. I’m just starting to build a makeup stash, but I have purchased more high end items elsewhere as a result of this event. Makeup should be fun, a treat. Not upsetting.
