ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

Not many colors to choose from as everything was sold out! I made a create your own palette for my friend for her birthday and some colors after I placed the order were no longer in stock! The palette wasnt complete when I gifted it and it looked cheap! Also, it took over 4 weeks to get it in the mail.

Pans are smaller than expected. I have seen other pallets worth the same amount of $ and with bigger pans and less fallout. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Received the wrong item. They gave a coupon rather than re-delivering it (then I cost more shipping).

I have heard so many great things about colourpop! I like how there’s so much variety on their website and there’s something for everyone. Although I liked their cream based blush, I thought it would be bigger for the the price point. I didn’t not like the eyeshadow pallet at all and that’s due to how when my brush hits the palette it instantly flakes. It’s just messy and a waste IMO. The colours do come out nice, thought it would be a bit brighter but like I relayed earlier just a mess. It’s my biggest turn off about this brand and would discourage me to buy again. The mailing was very quick! And I don’t think I overly over paid for it as a whole.

I received two damaged products and reached out to colourpop to help aid me in the error. They said that they wouldn't send out new palletes for me. Its been round 20 days later and I still haven't received them.

One of the products I received was damaged and instead of just sending me a replacement item they tried to give me a discount code. But I would have had to pay shipping again on an item that came to me broken. Only after a lot of back and forth with their CS team did they instead give me a refund and I was informed it was a one time thing. It has really turned me off from buying from them directly again in the future. I’d planned to get all of my female family members palettes for Christmas but instead I’ve decided to buy from other companies that don’t give their customers such a hassle when they screw up. I may buy from them in the future but only through some place like Ulta.

I’ve been emailing colourpop for 2 weeks now about my order that was marked as “delivered” on October 8th & they have been NO HELP. It was marked as delivered, but there was no package. I was home all day waiting for it. They keep giving me the run around telling me to go to USPS, which I have. & neither have been helpful. You would think a company like colourpop would take better care of their customers. It was a order well over $150 & let me tell you I won’t be ordering from them again. Such a horrible experience & I still don’t know what happened to my package. EDIT**** After continuous emails back & forth & having to open a case with USPS per Colourpops request....On November 6th I finally received a replacement package no cost to me. It was such a hassle & it was received a month late. Grateful I FINALLY Got my package. Moving to 2 stars because it was a nightmare dealing with this order.

While I did like the items I did receive, they took over a week to even ship them (meaning it took about 2 weeks to actually get the items) and I was missing an item. I contacted support to resolve the issue but rather than send me my missing item, they offered a coupon for the value of the item. In order to redeem it I would've also had to cover new shipping fees and the item I'd originally ordered was no longer in stock. Extremely disappointing. I was eventually able to get a refund for the item but after all the hassle I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. Good products or not.
