I did not receive my order. It was lost somewhere around the world.

Deliver was late, bad previsibility.

They haven't refunded me yet. The SW eyeshadow palette NEVER arrived and the lipstick was damaged. first time buying here and it is a disappointment

Never received items

Never got my package after 4 weeks, and it took me 2 weeks of emailing UNHELPFUL ‘costumer service’ in order to get my money back. Worst company ever. Never buying from them again and I WAS a new customer too. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Haven’t received my missing items yet.

Some of the order was a going away present. Well 3 of the items did not get here. So i contacted customer service to see if they could just refund the money the items where going to get here to kate and i had already bought something else the lady said no the i would have to get the items. So now I'm stuck with an items i can't use plus the eye shadow palette had 3 shadows broken. I'm not happy with this company will not order again

I feel the quality of colourpop as a whole has gone down tremendously & I feel that's in part due to them not listening to their customers anymore. colourpop will come out with some amazing products that are very popular & high selling only to discontinue them for apparently no reason. the variety has lowered as well bc it seems they don't want to expand their base more for as many customers as possible. all my makeup products were from colourpop I loved them bc it was high quality at affordable pricing but now all my products have been replaced bc they've been discontinued, all of them & that's difficult for me bc I have to pay a little more to another brand that the product isn't the best color or consistency but it's a staple product in their line that's not getting discontinued ever so I have to stick with that brand. also the collabs are way too much, it seems cash-grabby & from what my friends have relayed to me (I don't use eyeshadow I'm a base/necessity product person) is that they are bc the quality of the shadows & other products are just not up to par with colourpops old standards. it's really disappointing to see a brand that allowed a vast majority of people to support a really great company that used to listen to their customers & really put work into giving their customers the best & I just don't feel like it's that anymore. I feel like customer voices don't matter bc they are more about high profit now with these licensed collabs. I hope colourpop can go back to its roots someday bc I really did love the brand & their products.
