The launches are too frequent and repetitive. I ve recieved palettes with cracked shadows on numerous occasions. The shipping takes too long. They havent restocked a bunch of items but keep launching new stuff. The Hocus Pocus Collection was most likely the last time id order. I was so mad when they released it on Ultas website. I could have gotten it for free and got free shipping. They need to release at ulta and on their website at the same time.

2 PALETTES CAME WITH BROKEN SHADOWS AND ONE PALETTE WITHOUT THE PROTECTING PLASTIC. ALSO IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED

While this was a USPS issue, ColorPop could’ve handled it much better. I ordered around the middle of September. Never received my package and was eventually marked return to sender in my tracking. When I contacted both the mail carrier and ColorPop no one could give me information. ColorPop then said they will have to process my return and refund it but they can’t ship back my items. I would have to reorder without honoring any discounts I had used originally. Well it is now the beginning of Nov and I have not received any information about a refund for the items I never received. ColorPop is one of my favorite brands but this has really soured my experience.

Every palette that I order the eyeshadow pan looks like if it is broken and it looks touched as well, I love there products I still use them as well I just don’t like how the palettes look like they touched or broken.

DHL still hasn't delivered the order.

Product isn’t that amazing. Eyeshadow is not smooth and it’s hard to blend. Colors are not pigmented at all. And there are lots of fall out with the shimmers. Disappointed. Their packaging is great though! Item arrived unbroken and in a cute box.

It takes forever to deliver

Customer service sucks, they don't seem to care about their international orders anymore. Ordered 4 palettes for me and friends from the Netherlands (paying a shitload of import taxes), 3 of which arrived faulty ( the click system didnt work properly so they couldnt stay closed) and all had several visible scratches on the front. I e-mailed back & forth with customer service for days. At first I was asked to send photos of the damage which I did. They told me there was nothing to be done, which I didn't accept. Then they said it had to dk with shipping, which is the risk of the customer. After explaining that obviously this had already happened before shipping, they said as a favor to me, I could send the palettes back on own costs (from the Netherlands mind you) and they would replace the products. After getting this answer twice (as if they just dont read your answer and just persist on theirs) I explained this would cost me more than the palettes themselves. I again got the answer they could not help me. After some more emailing, they asked me to send a single photo showing all 3 palettes. As almost 2 weeks had gone by emailing, I had already given the palettes to their owners so that wasn't an option (shouldn't they have asked this way in the beginning?). They offered, as a one time only courtesy to me (lucky me) to give me a coupon with the value of 1 palette. After explaining I wouldn't be ordering any time soon after this they finally accepted to send me the refund of the 1 palette. So after 2 weeks and god knows how many emails, I got a refund of 12 dollars for 3 faulty and scratched palettes. Thanks Colourpop 👍🏻
