Colors were beautiful but one of pallettes had a big gash in one of the colors so that was pretty disappointing. Ordered 3 palettes and the first 2 shipped pretty quick but my 3rd set was delivered a week after the first 2 and they were gifts for people that I was seeing all at the same time ... and I ordered them about 15 minutes apart

I love Colourpop products. They were on top of the game for a long time, but they never have anything good in stock on the site anymore and their big launches are the worst. The Colourpopx Hocus Pocus was the worst launch I think I’ve ever been in. Their palettes used to be unique and fun, and now they release palettes like every week. Sellouts

Only 5 items out of 14 matched the colors I saw represented on-line. None of the others matched what I saw. I am very disappointed. Only then to find out nothing can be exchanged or returned. I doubt I’ll be buying much in the future.

Colourpop no longer listens to their customer base. they are the fast fashion equivalent to the makeup industry. stop putting out dozens of cheap collections and restock the products that people actually LIKE.
