One product was missing and other one was brocken despite everything was perfectly packaged. ColourPop sent a non-working discount code instead of reimbursing the money…

I brought these in the past and they had brilliant staying on power well pigmented but this batch comes off easily

Over a month now since I placed my order and still missing it. Not buying from you again. Worst service ever

I’m from Europe, and I ordered two SS shadows when the free international shipping action was on. I was suddenly supposed to pay 25 euros on import taxes (which has never happened before, this is not my first order), so I sent it back to Colourpop. Now they have received my goods back and are totally able to resell them, but I’m not getting my money back apparently!

The website is not clear on how this make up is not safe for children but then advertises towards young children. Any make up made by colourpop is not FDA approved.

After 1 months later i still didnt receive my order.

Really disappointed. My first order and it arrived smashed to bits...I sent an email with evidence and received a reply to say I had been given a credit note. Why? I paid with my card and expect the refund to go right back onto it. The product you sent me wasnt fit fo purpose - I want my money back ....whats difficult to comprehend about that eh? Legal options for damaged goods should be repair, replace or refund to source .....Im waiting!!

I love colourpop as a brand and i always had a good experience, except this time. I order my goods on may 14th and after a month i started to worry about my package being delivered. Colourpops team is telling me to wait and contact my local post office by who i was told to contact Colourpop as the sender. Somebody made a mistake and it wasn’t me but nobody seems to care to fix it, mind you i paid for it in advance. Definitely last time ordering from Colourpop.
