I prodotti sono eccellenti do 4 stelle solo per 2 cose: 1 la spedizione molto molto lunga (1 mese) e 2 le tasse doganali che non vengono menzionate quando si acquista

I made quite a large order of single blushes and an eyeshadow palette recently everything arrived to the UK safely with no damage. Quite impressed how well everything was packaged. Haven’t had any issues with previous orders. Can’t comment on contacting customer services as I have never had to. Just wish Colourpop was in UK stores or they charged in £ rather than $ as bank charges you.

I am overall satisfied with the with the collection and I think it is absolutely gorgeous but the pump didn't work in the shimmering body oil but if that's my only complaint it's not a huge deal.

Los productos son muy bonitos pero el problema que tienen es la paquetería, me parece que cambiaron de paquetería y la nueva no me da confianza. En este ocasión se robaron dos productos. Ustedes fueron rápidos en solucionarme el problema pero siento que se pudo haber evitado si siguieran enviando con redpack.
