long delivery+ poor products the mascara was dry

Mascara is very flaky but the eyeshadows are super pigmented

I would not know how the product is as it takes SO long for the package to arrive once ordered. Still don't have it and every time I do a review, the 5 dollar credit I am suppose to get never works either. I don't bother doing reviews anymore.

Good fast international delivery. I don't wear much make up anymore but love to have my eyebrows and mascara done daily. I have used colourpop for many years just to buy my eyebrow pencils and used to loveeee them. The quality the last few times has gone down and they are not brittle. They crack as I use them and the little swivel that holds the pencil in place no longer does so it often drops back into the holder. The formula has clearly changed and not for the better sadly.

The products are great, unfortunately my shipping experience wasn't the best. After taking longer than normal to arrive, 2 of the items were missing. When I received the missing items, the blush palette was broken. I had been looking forward to it & I wasn't able to use it. Everything else is pretty good. Love the lippies & vibrant colored mascaras.

Good quality, but i received the wrong item and im struggling to get into contact with customer service

All my orders got cancelled and the replies were quick and great but getting a “review your order” after having 3 cancelled order is kinda a slap in the face
