The box I got was deeply disappointing. Boring shades, leftover palettes.

Took to long to arrive and the customer service was not really helpful, until the 21 days had passed is when they decided to give some useful information. Also the tracking info wasn´t accurate. You should offer more support during the shipment process. You kept sending emails to review the products even before the order arrived. Lastly I want to clarify that I'm happy with the products, they all arrived in a good state and the quality is really great so there´s no complains about that

I placed an order for 3 items, total was 28 usd. With shipment and duty taxes I payed 46 usd for 3 items. My order never came. I contacted DHL asking for an investigation, they said only the seller can open an investigation. I reached out to the customer service. They refused. 2 of my items where out of stock, they offered to partially refund me (without the duty taxes) even though I never received the order and they refused to investigate. After 2 months and about 20 emails, they finally gave in and refunded me...Next time i'll stick with another brand. I had much better experience with Moira cosmetics. Shipping was fast, I had an issue with one item (wrong colour), they offered me a coupon on my next order, no questions asked. They have the same price range as colour pop, but their customer service is better.

The product I ordered was very nice and had been ordered as Valentine's presents. However, the shipping took way longer then it should have and the packaging for shipping was badly chosen. The items arrived with the outer boxes in poor condition such that I couldn't give them as presents as intended. To top that off, Colourpop has no phone number for customer service, only an email that I received no response from. So this was the first and last time I will ever order from this company

My cream blushes are severely difficult to get open and then I saw they fixed the packaging so I was just disappointed to be a part of the first group that had the unconventional packaging

Is the second time that I bought in colourpop and is my second time that my package is missing in my way. So, finally, I didn’t receive my order.

One of my products came broken

Quality has gone down and prices have gone up. Packaging used to be cute but now is lazy.
