4/5 eyeshadow palettes I ordered came damaged with the eyeshadow crumbled

I just purchased nine of the eye shadow products from colourpop I found the colors of eyeshadow to have very little pigmentation and the color does not transfer well to skin product. Very powdery doesn’t go on smooth just crumbles off your face would not recommend to buy waste of money.

I ordered a month in advance and it sat in their warehouse unprocessed for three weeks while I emailed trying to cancel because it was not going to make it in time for Christmas. I got it on new years and they refused to allow me to return it.

Ordered a mascara on Dec. 30, didn’t receive until 1/13. and it was the wrong product, an EYESHADOW. Customer service is non-existent unless it’s through email, then they make you take pictures of the envelope, packing slip, product, and include your order #. I’ve never seen such a convoluted way of requesting customer service help on a wrong order. 5 days later I’m still waiting to hear from them, and seeing these bad reviews isn’t making me very hopeful. My first and LAST time ordering from this company.

I never received the products! I reached out to DHL and asked about a refund and still don’t know what happened. The shipping tracker was very off.

Not a trustworthy website they will steal your credit info and go on a splurge. Not a trustworthy website.

The international shipment took a reasonable amount of time. However, the courier incorrectly marked the package as delivered, and I never received it. I submitted two complaints, but the response claimed that I had received the package, and they provided "evidence" in the form of a sheet with an illegible signature. I can confirm that I never received my purchase.
